How long does it take for you to ship my order?
As Shiny Natural, we ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend are processed on the first following business day.
Cargo delivery time varies between 1-3 business days depending on your city. For shipments to rural areas, this period may extend up to a maximum of 5 business days.
Shipping is free in certain campaigns and if the purchase amount is above a certain threshold. Otherwise, the fixed shipping fee will be automatically displayed on the payment page.
When your order is shipped, a cargo tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address. With this number you can easily find out where your cargo is.

Order Returns and Exchanges
You can return the product you received within 14 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Returns of products in the health, food and personal care categories that have been opened or used are not legally accepted.
Once the product reaches our warehouse, it is checked and the refund process is completed within 3-7 business days. Depending on bank processes, your refund will be reflected in your account within 10 business days at the latest.
